circumfrence = 2Pi*Radius or Pi*2xRadius
Since the radius is half the diameter, then twice the radius equals the diameter. So, 2xRadius = Diameter
circumference = Pi*Diameter
So, Diameter = circumference/Pi

early mathematicians have regarded that, in any circle, the ratio of circumference to diameter is a relentless... they named this consistent "pi"... so, to respond to your question set circumference/diameter = pi or, equivalently, diameter = circumference/pi

It follows directly from the definition of π. π=c/d, where c = the circumference of a circle and d = the diameter of a circle.
Therefore, d = c/π

C=(PIE)D
cercumfrence=pie Xdiameter
rearrange the problem so its read like this because i cant write it
pie divided by cercumfrence equals diameter
an easy way to remember the formulas is this
Cherry Pies Delicious
C=(PIE)D
Apple Pies aRe two
A=(PIE)r(squared)
