It's not *all* about duration.
After all, a woman who is sufficiently excited because you have been doing a lot more before just "in and out" may not hold out long herself.
Also, if it is your first time often a woman will be understanding, even a bit flattered, if you go out of control a bit too quickly. (It's often a good thing not to just leave things at that, though -- it's not like you can't do other things to make sure it is good for her, whether it is going for a second try or just pleasing her in other ways.)
Finally, yes, practice alone can help, though the physical sensations are different and the emotional experience is a lot different (at least, one would really hope so -- that she would be pretty important to you if you're having sex with her!).

Me and my three friends (All in our late 20's) have formed a team to help out our neighborhood. I wear a Jar Jar Binks costume and am the leader. Then there is the guy who wears the Grimace costume, he is the strong man. Then there is the guy who is a convicted sex offender, he wears a trenchcoat like the matrix. And lastly, their is "The Professional", he wears a cardboard Burgerking crown and a fake muscle suit. We walk around town and knock on random doors. When the person answers, I dance and do a Jar Jar quote, then make a loud screech with an air horn. While the person is reeling from the sound, the sex offender confesses that he is a sex offender (as required by his parole). Then the grimace throws some leaves and dirt into the persons house. And lastly, Muscle King plays 'me so horny' on his boombox and we dance. We have done this to hundreds of houses. Are we some kind of kings? I don't know how?

That'a easy not all men hold out for only ten seconds. Some take longer time and others take shorter time i think we all know that all men are different in all sorts of aspects. But i guess you will never eally know why a guy would hold out so long like that because there is no way of telling wether a guy is a virgin or not. Sucks huh?

Just because a man is a virgin doesn't mean that he has never masterbated before. He may not have much experience with having sex but don't think he hasn't read or heard what girls like. Many women complain that men cannot hold it long enough. He has probably practiced holding it before. It's really not that uncommon.

the " man" is too used to his own hand and has to adjust to the feeling of a woman. maybe you gripped it too tight. lol

do it slowly, maybe you can hold... but for my experiences 1st round usually cannot but 2nd round maybe can... ( there is other way by taking medicine but it was not advisable )
