i have noticed for the last two days blood in my urine any body with what i can do to help my self

Hematuria is never good. It could be caused by something as simple as a kidney infection to something as serious as bladder cancer. Statistically, the most likely cause is glomerular disease, but you certainly need to see your doctor today or tomorrow.

This is not a good thing. You could have a bladder or kidney infection. Either way, something is definitely wrong. Call your doctor in the morning and tell them your symptoms. I'm sure they will want a specimen and that's really the only way to tell what's going on. At any rate, elevating your fluids will help. Lay off of the caffiene and soda. Hope you recover soon. There's no way for me to know the cause of the hematuria (blood in urine). This can be due to infection but it can also be due to physical trauma that may or may not require intervention. The best way for you to help yourself is to see your primary care physician for evaulation and possible treatment. This isn't a 911 emergency (don't let anyone here cause you to panic) but should be addressed quite soon in the event that the cause requires treatment.

U probably have a urinary tract infection. U should consult ur doctor immediately. Try to drink lots of water in the meantime. The doctor will prescribe u an antibiotic and it would clear right away. But please go see ur doc. The longer u wait the worst it will get. good luck

i too had blood in my urine and i thought oh god i'm dieing,as i went and had tests 6 of them'it turns out i have kidney stones. i also was not drinking water much... go get it checked out from your docter;;;; and don't panic

you could have a bladder infection, or depending on your age your prostate could be irritated, get a urine test done is the real solution

See a doctor it will clear up with medication in less than a week.
In the mean time drink cranberry juice/
