queenD: Thats very similar to the fruit smoothie recipe I do...only I also use peanut butter, flax seed and wheat germ to add more protein and some extra nutrition.

Anyone use peaches to make something? I was thinking about peaches, milk and yogurt might be good.

try this, very delicious and light tasting: 1 large container of french vanilla yoghurt (do yourself a favor and dont use low fat) 2 large navel oranges peeled and seeded and cut up. whip it all together til its smooth and creamy and uniform. i call this a CREAMSICLE CLOUD

Your peach thing sounds very tasty.

I also love chocolate milk (possibly with ice cream) mixed with bananas.

Fruit smoothies.
I use frozen strawberries, a banana, a spoon of honey, and vanilla yogurt.
