It doesn't have to just be fruit, it could be fruit combined with other ingredients.

queenD: Thats very similar to the fruit smoothie recipe I do...only I also use peanut butter, flax seed and wheat germ to add more protein and some extra nutrition.

Anyone use peaches to make something? I was thinking about peaches, milk and yogurt might be good.
