Looking for hair product seem on tv?

My sister seen a product on t.v. that she wants. The problem is that she doesn't know the name of the product so I don't know how to look for it. Its a product like the one in as seen on t.v. but could not find it in there web site. The product is a machine that makes streaks that can come off when you wash it. If any body has an idea please let me know, she wants this for christmas.

It is called "Pro-Color Accents" and it is manufactured by Conair. I am sure you could find it an any online beauty retail outlet or possibly on eBay.
