Those who don't desire God don't want to change. Only by the grace of God will they be changed.

First you need to determine why you want to "change". Then you need to determine what it is you want to change. Regardless the answers to those questions, the only thing you can truly change is yourself. What I suggest is spending some time determining exactly what it is you don't like about yourself, figuring out what you can do to change these things, and then pick one thing at a time and change it. Take it slow and be thorough.
