You need to back off altogether sweet he's sieems to be playing games with you... chasing is good but you need to chase something better.. He probably does like you but i bet he's not single he's just teasing you.. ask him out right! what you got to lose...

Men should chase, it's our purpose in life.
Let him win you as opposed to giving him what he really wants on a plate. He won't respect you otherwise.
