There really isn't any way except to keep your hair healthy. Wash it regularly, brush it, get it trimmed regularly (avoid split ends), eat healthy, and try not to damage it (don't blow dry or straighten too often).

womens hair and nails grow faster once in a semester...chack it out...you can't do anythign to make it grow faster but only make it look great...people will notice that believe me...i'm a hair freak myself!

I would use garneir fructis long and strong I have been using that and my hair has been growing way faster and it smells great

I've heard thar if you brush it a lot it grows better and faster.

Keep your ends cliped and keep it washed dont use hot clurers and dont let everyone get in your head.

i just stuff my hair with a lot of hair geese, then dry it then wipe the greese off then dry it again and then comb it and then get it braided when all the damage has been done LOL

prenatal vitimins...they say to take them, that and getting pregnat, your hair grows like a weed then!!!
