As long as you believe in one God, you are a Muslim. Forget all that other crap invented by men.

Ummm, yes you are a muslim if you believe in God and His messenger... But then if you are a muslim, then you should accept everything in the Qur'an and not doubt the prophets and teachings. If any doubts then get them cleared and understand it properly. I see you do a lot of good things like sponsor orphans and donate and stuff... It is very commendable. But the things that are complsory should be dealt with first. For example, if you appear for an exam, and there is a section where you have to attempt some compulsory questions which carry more points.. and another section where you can attempt a few by your choice, these carry few points. Obviously you will attempt the 'compulsory' ones first... else you may fail. Similarly, praying 5 times daily and fasting the entire month are compulsory... Other good deeds are also extremely rewarding, buy still they are secondary. Why not attempt the compulsory and prevent any failure.

To be a muslim you have to believe that there is no god but Allah and Muhammad is his messenger. If he believes that then he is a muslim. If however he did believed in that then he would also follow Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and would be a practising muslim. EDIT: you might think that but the very FIRST thing Allah (god) created was the light of prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and from that everything else was created.. All of the previous messengers told their nation about this last and final messenger. Even on the throne of Allah it said his name when Adam (first human) was created and when he was thrown out of heaven he asked Allah to forgive him through that name. You know before prophet Muhammad every nation had their own prophet so if buddah believed in Allla h (1 and only god ) and that messenger (of that time) is the messenger of Allah i think that would be enough. Because people in adam or any other messengers time hadnt known about Prophet Muhammad.

If you believe in God, you're a mu'min.
If you're peaceful, you're a muslim. An atheist can be a muslim.
As for "you believe mohammed/jesus existed but question his divinity"
His divinity or the message he delivered is divine?
Since regular believers only believes in the divinity of the messages, not the divinity of the deliverers.
As for "you drink occassionally"
So does Muhammad.

to be muslim you can not belive and any human divinity of Mohammad or Jesus, but you MUST belive in all the prophets including Mohammad, Jesus, Abraham, Moses, and others. So the answer is NO you would not be considered Muslim if you don't belive in those prophets.

Yes,
But all of that is irrelevant because the most important thing to consider is Muhhamed was a false prophet and did not hear from God!
Those 72 Virgins Muhammed and all his Muslim followers are going to get in heaven for eternity are probably going to look like this one!

You should ask this question to an Imam or someone with specialized knowledge. But you seem to do alot of v.good things. The other things you don't believe in you should discuss it with your local Imam before making up your mind.
