Well, first off, if he's in a relationship with her only for one thing, and it's not going to happen, the relationship really won't last. You can outwait it.
On the other hand, you might want to consider what it is that has you are all in love with him about -- is it just a crush? I don't mean to be harsh but if he is dating a girl just because he thinks he can get sex (presumably without commitment), then how will he treat you?
If you are already friends with him you might (if you're feeling bold) confront him on this issue. He may just be being stupid, and if he is mostly decent you can save him and your friend some trouble about him just wanting sex from her. If you don't like the answers he gives about just wanting to get some, you might reconsider how you feel about him....

i think that the boy, no affence, is a fool for liking a girl only for her woman accesorities. he should not be having sex until he is married in the first place, and if he was smart enough, he would have realized you already. my opinion is to make a move and confront him saying that you rea;;y like him and that you dont think that it is right for him to us that other girl, whatever her name is, for her sex. tell him that he nessds to realize his mistakes and HE needs to listen to the song by life jennings, S.E.X. tell him to think before he lets it go and that sex before marrige is WRONG and for him to reconize you and realize that you are a nice beautiful girl. or if these games keep going on, tell him that you dont need his games because you are a girl who does not give her body up for anybody. and i mean ANYBODY!
