Do a search on your hard drive for *.pst. Make sure it is set to look in hidden folders. Find the file and copy it to the other computer.

On the other computer open outlook and click File => Import and Export => Import from another program or file => Personal Folder File (.pst) point it to the location of your pst file and sit back and enjoy the ride!

Hope this helps

You can export the Outlook folders (selectively) to one or more file. Then use a USB pen drive or some other file transfer method to move the file. If it is too big then you should not/cannot email it.
Maybe even record it to a CD?
