First off, most people need to believe in something. It gives the sense of stability in a crazy world. Secondly, just because you don't believe in an afterlife doesn't mean the whole world should stop believing in an after life. And finally, if you want serious answers on this board, you should really stop insulting people in the middle of your question. It makes you look like an idiot.

Whether you believe in God or not won't Him off His throne. If you believe 2+2=7 doesn't make it true.
If you honestly believe the human brain with 120 million cells and 130 billion chemcial/electronic connections evolved from a single celled algae than you have more faith than I'll ever have.
Peace :-)

If our opinions have no affect on you then why post the question. You sound so angry and that makes me wonder what happened to you? What could have made you this bitter? It sounds like you've been hurt and your lashing out at God because you feel helpless. But you know God doesn't care what you say, he'll always love you no matter what you say against him.

I've reported you a couple times, just to let you know. Dissing Christians is just not worth it. And you know what? You ARE going to Heaven when you die. Either that or Hell. Take your pick. When you die, you are going to regret all of this. I am committed to praying for you every day. You have something strong against Christians and I don't know what it is. And whether you want to believe it or not, in Heaven the streets are paved with gold and in Hell the streets are paved with fire. And stop, drop, and roll doesn't work in Hell.

I am an atheist of the Epicurean style. Using the epithet "loser" is antagonistic and just puts them on edges. It does not help you if you are trying to educate them. It just makes them more interested in following cultic thinking patterns. Try honey instead of raid in your future attempts.
Oh just as an aside, you are really supposed to be asking a question, not just stating your own belief. I find the best questions to post are the ones that actually put them into conflict with their stated faith.
edit, so the answer below recommends Sunscreen for going to Hell, a place under the ground and far away from the Sun, it is Hell he is talking about, not Bermuda or Southern California. LOL

Look here, it's important for people to believe in God, and you're not helping matters any. It sounds like you have a chip on your shoulder. It's important for people to believe in God whether there is a God or not. Why can't you accept that?
What is wrong with you atheist people?

The fool says in his heart there is no God, he will not be mocked, and his word never goes out void. There is a blessed hope, and I pray you find it. Whosoever believeth upon the name of Jesus shall be saved and have everlasting Life! I think you are reaching out, when you have tried everything else, and only God can fill that void, whisper his name, He will hear you, its not too late. He loves you, and He doesnt need you to acknowledge him to do so.

No, I don't know that, and neither do you. You just believe it. The same applies to people who believe in Heaven. These things are all just beliefs. Wait until you die, then - if you can - come back and tell the rest of us what really happens. Unless you've already come back - which would shoot your argument all to that other place that some people believe in.

Why does it matter so much to non-believers what people of faith do believe? Is that because you are questioning your own choices, rather than trying to figure us out? I know why you don't believe. You haven't accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior, so you are still in the dark. I don't have to question you. I just pray that you do wake up before it's too late.

I'd rather be a loser with hope than a winner with none.
And besides, you have no proof that God is false, that is a faith position. And judging by your poor writing, I think some of us christians are more educated than you.
Not trying to offend Atheists, just this guy for being intolerant.
