Just be sure to bread it or it will explode - there use to be a Chinese restaurant that decorated plates with hard boiled deep fried egg it was a nice treat.

Scotch Eggs -- they are hard-boiled eggs covered with breakfast sausage and then deep-fried. Quarter and serve with spicy brown mustard. Yummy!

Yes you usually coat the egg with mincemeat then breadcrumbs, then deep fry it. Its called a Scotch Egg. Its okay.
