the past few mornings i have woke up, and in my first few 5-10 seconds of the very groggy state, i've seen hallucinations from my dream... last night i had a dream and there was a football in it for some reason, and i woke up to see this football on my floor, it was like fading in an out.. until it finally jus disapeared... it had this weird 2d look, like it was cut off of a magazine or something.. i also suffered from sleep paralysis for a spand of about a week 2 years ago... anybody have any input to what could be causing this stuff??

It is probably not an hallucination.
It may just be a part of the dream may be a last part which you remember after waking up.
It is easy to forget the whole dream except the last part.

Things which ahve caused this problem for me are: pregnancy, pre menstrual tension, stress, anti-depressant pills and the contraceptive pill. Are you on any medication and are you doing any recreational drugs? If not, de stress your life whether it is going out too much, too much alcohol, not exercising or bad diet.

Hi there !
if you are ot habituated to "medications" or "drugs" or "drinks", the chances are that you are talking about the "transition phase" from the "stage of sleep" to the "stage of reality" !
Dont worry ! As long as it is not affecting your daily deeds and routine, why worry about it ?
Relaax....and relaax...
best wishes !

Stress, overwork. There is nothing wrong with seeing things that fade out. Its when they hang around and talk to you that you begin worrying.

Are you on any medication? Are you drinking excessively and are you having an otherwise normal sleep?
