what are your chances of getting approved the second time around. I was denied under section 214(b) is there anything i can do to reverse this decision?

If you were denied under 214(b), it actually means that you did not convince the interviewing officer that you will not stay on after your studies in the US are over. If you genuinely do intend to go home when you graduate, you need to be able to explain very clearly and in detail how you plan to use your US education in your own country.

If you were denied under 214b that means you did not provide satisfactory evidence of financial support to meet your obligations on the I-20 (document that the school provides for your visa). So, if the school said your expenses including tuition, room and board, etc... will be about $ 20,000 per year and USCIS estimates it will cost you $ 5,000 more to pay fo rtravel expenses and personal needs, then you must show $ 25,000 in a bank account. Or if your parent is paying for school in his/her account. Until you can show more financial resources, your visa application will continue to be denied.

Find a more cheap school, they have some in Nevada needs 14,000 per year total called CCSN in Vegas.

get a job where you want to go, and then once you geet there they are more likely to grant you your visa.
