I think you are active, but you must watch the simple foods you eat. No butter on your toast. No cream in your coffee. Switch to skim milk. Don't eat popcorn at the movie theater. (Bring low-fat popcorn with you). Don't use mayonnaise unless its fat-free. Same with salad dressing. Don't drink pop unless its diet. Its really those simply things that add up. Eat low-fat meals. That doesn't mean you have to starve. Don't eat out. There is nothing healthy in restaurants. Its very hard to pick unless you are very disciplined. I lost 70 pounds and I ate bread, rice and never drank eight glasses of water. I drank when I was thirsty. You just make daily meal plans and excercise plans stick to it.

drink alot of water, it sort of cleans out ur system, also drinking water fills you up so you wont feel hungry

avoid eating bread, rice and potato aka any carbohydrates because it is an energy food for the mussels, if you dont use it up you put on weight, also only eat 3 times aday and have smaller portions

when eating chocolate dont eat 1 big bar, buy small hand made chocolates and enjoy them over a few days

Drink a full eight ounce glass of water before you eat and eight glasses a day minimum.Also try a grapfruit a half hour after your meal instead of cake and candy.

Simple: Every day make sure that calories consumed is always less than calories expended.
