I have many extremely detailed dreams every night. When I wake, I can go on for hours detailing every aspect of each dream. And each night I talk and yell in my sleep. Sometimes I can hear myself talking. I will wake myself up. I continue talking while I am waking up. I also have terrible, terrible nightmares as well. I am angry and violent in these dreams. It is stange because my life is calm and I have no stress. I work part time out of my home doing what I love. I have a great marriage. No children, no financial worries. I have everything I want. I don't drink. Basically, I am quite happy. I can't figure out where the sleep talking and the nightmares come from. Any ideas how I can curb this?

i had that once. I belived cause i was woring about something. Cause i kept having dreams i would get kidnapped and rapped horribly. But it never happend. i would yell shout and everything, [ sleep talking ] and really i looked stuff up, and it said your not suppsed to eat past 8pm, ESPALLY CHOCOLATE! AND POTATO CHIPS! And like, You need to stop worrying, i never really worried about it, or maybe sumthing at work you over heard from a friend or w/e made you have that dream. Not sure?
