No offense taken. No offense intended.
I feel that there is a broad cross section of society on this site.
In that cross section you will find some very well educated
people and some zealots who have hardly completed their
basic high school education. With that wide of a spectrum for
an audience your replies will range from ludicrous to serious and fact filled. There will also be the sporadic hate mail and vicious slander that is typical in unregulated settings such as this.
The ability of some to seemingly hide behind a keyboard and monitor to issue offensive text is something we all have to deal with from time to time. I encourage you to hit the delete button, change to another site, or walk away from pointed controversy, and heckling from the uninformed, and uneducated. Participation in rable rousing is not profitable in any way.
Kindest Regards,
Z. Abudar

I think that my faith does not really influence most of my answers, indeed I only mention it when it directly relates to the question.
My beliefs are based upon many years of reading and discussion on religious matters and does not conform totally to any major religion (although it is probably closest to Church of England).
To me God is a personal thing and I do not totally support organised religion, then again I am not totally against it.
I think many people are too rigid in their beliefs and too flexible in their morals and here in Yahooland this is no different.
"As soon as we lose the moral basis, we cease to be religious. There is no such thing as religion over-riding morality. Man, for instance, cannot be untruthful, cruel or incontinent and claim to have God on his side." - Mahatma Gandhi
But anyway I think, some people do show their faith to a greater extent here as it is an anonymous forum.

I don't feel!!! that is your opinion. Unknown or not it is not for us to invade other peoples privacy the point is this is an open forum, my faith in Jesus Christ the Son of God is stronger in or out of this site, this site has got nothing to do with my faith, before I found this site my belief in God is steadfast.

I believe in God, I have faith in God, but not most religions this is controlled to much by man. We all know that religion was made by man, that's a fact, even if it was done on God's say so, but man has corrupted it so much because of his need for power. I am a Spiritualist, we spread the word of love, faith, and God, we do not make threats, we do ask anyone to kill in God's name, and we do not make false promises to get people to join us, the door is always open, and we ask nothing in return, except peace, and love to all.
Love & Peace

That's a toughie. For me, no, for faith in God is everything, everyday for me and my house. Our son and family don't leave this home without a reading from Psalm 91 and prayer. For others, some always do better with annonimity--more brave, less inhibited with answers since so many religious rights come into focus. And we are not to offend anyone. Doni

I suppose the relative anonimity makes one express ones views somewhat stronger than if you were talking to someone face to face.

You just admitted to your own ignorance.
Its called BELIEF not REALITY. Its called FAITH, not TRUTH.
Because there is no proof for something you cannot see, cannot hear and cannot touch and whose entire concept is one rife with contradictions. How can an ALL KNOWING creature like God, not be aware that his creations would TURN AGAINST HIM? How could it not foree that Lucifer would gather others to try and overthrow him. How could and ALL forgiving ALL LOVING entity like God, PUNISH his creation for all eternity by casting him down to Hell when HE, GOD, CREATED him and ought to have know this would occur.
Its complete crap, MANKIND created the concept of GOD. Not the other way around. If GOD created MAN in HIS image, and MAN is flawed, then GOD is also flawed. HOw can a PERFECT BEING make such SERIOUS mistakes in his creations?
BECAUSE ITS ALL BS!
All of it.
