If he were my puppy, I wouldn't. Too many ticks, fleas and diseases can be left behind by other dogs.

If you take your puppy out to a public place without vaccines your only asking for trouble. They have to build up their immune system and the way to do that is to have a full series of vaccines (usually 3-4 sets). So please keep your baby inside away from other dogs until he's vaccinated. Have fun with your new Baby!

I do not recommend this. 8 weeks is too young to be outside without his shots. Their immune system has not fully developed. Parvo is a common disease that is extremely contagious -- it can be transferred to your puppy if they are just in the same area. When I got my dog, he stayed in the house (he already had his shots) for a week or so, just so he could build up immunity to day-to-day germs. Your dog should have his DHPP vaccine, stay inside for a week or so, then his immune system will be stronger. After that, it is safe to let your dog outside. Still, until he is old enough (even after you have done these steps) do NOT let your dog in lots of places dogs visit. Good luck with your puppy, I know they can be a handful.

You shouldn't. They can pick up Lyme disease, heartworms, and if they find an animal, rabies other contagious diseases. You shouldn't even have a puppy that young, pups should be with their moms until 8 weeks, and should have most of their shots by then. Except rabies, which is 4 months. But I would still avoid taking him outside until he's done with all his vaccines.

Of course you can.
And is best not to have vaccinations at all if they can be avoided. Dogs are able to search out their own medicine if they are outside. Vaccinations are a complete hoax for both humans and animals..

Nope, not if you want to keep your dog safe. You can take him in your own backyard safely, but avoid anywhere other dogs have gone to the bathroom.
