Just thank God from your heart for that which he has given you....the ability to have this new home, the food He has provided and most importantly the blessing of having your family together.

Just speak from your heart and honestly, humbly, thank Him.

The best prayers come straight from the heart. Use your own words and tell what you are thankful for. Be sure to close with "in the name of Jesus Christ" or something like that because we know that Jesus is the only mediator between God and man and you want God to receive your prayer. Do not worry about impressing the people there. Just be truthful with God and everything will go well for you.

But it is fed and watered by God's almighty hand

He sends the snow in winter. the warmth to swell the grain

I recommend letting the Holy Spirit guide you to offer thanks for all that you are thankful for...speak from the heart. But here is the standard prayer of grace that I often use... "Come Lord Jesus, Be our Guest, Let these gifts to us be blessed. Amen."
