I'm assuming it has the bone in it. I would cook it on 300 degrees for 3 hours. Wrap it in foil and place just a little water in with it. That's how they do it at the wonderful Buffets that serve the very moist ham. Hope that helps.

Ham is already cooked so you just want to heat it through.
Probably 350* about 1hour
