The important idea in that question is that God is God. He's soverign. He can do what he wants. Why do we accuse God of not protecting the innocent. In all reality, no one is innocent. We all have done evil things. But how can we critisize God for not doing what he wants. Maybe there is a bigger plan that we don't know about. I truly believe God knows more than we do and he knows what he is doing. We aren't God or even close to him. We shouldn't tell Him how to run Earth. And besides, look at the good things that are happening instead of all the bad things. There is evil in the world, but we refuse to look at the good. That's all I got.

God has done all He is going to do about protecting us. He has given us His Son, the word of God that is full of instructions and the protection of the Holy Spirit. If we choose not to follow that is NOT His fault.
