well, i want to lose lets say around fifteen pounds
by december 21 because i want to look good for florida.
but it doesn't matter how much i lose, i just want to look better in my bathing suit and go down let's say maybe a size or two.

i am a 5"3 and i seventh grade.
i am targeting probably an 11, i unfortunately wear a size 15.

go to the gym and work out and try not to pig out! or u could try a professional trainer if u can afford it...

Well the question is do you really need to lose fat, or just tone up and look firmer?
If you targeting a size 2 its probablly not that you need to lose fat, so I'd say just eat healthy like lots of raw fruits and veggies and lean, clean proteins like fish and poultrytrimmed and cooked without fats. Drink plenty of water. You can take a fat burner to help w/ metabolism. And for exercize, cardio 20+ min. a day start out slow, so you're not hobbeling to Florida. Weights: you can even use canned goods as weights if you dont have dumbells to tone and stregnthen.
Okay now I feel bad cause all I was planning on doing today was cooking rich, decadant foods and uh...eating them!!! Good luck, happy T-day

The only way to loose that sort of weight fast is by fasting and then expect to put it back on very quickly.
Fast for 3 days.
Eat 1 Orange 1 egg and 1 tomato for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the next 3 days.
Eat tuna, egg and tomato for the next 3 days.
Then stay away from any foods with fat or carbs....eat lots and lots of fruit and vegetables.
If you get this far you would probably have lost over a stone in weight. It's a hard diet but it works if you can do it.
