I guess that would depend on how cheap you are and what type of fags you want. The possibilities are referenced below though I am not sure any of them would be cheap.

Hi, I wouldn't recommend you attempt to buy from a website.... watch the news and find out why other than that you'd get ripped off. Better yet pack the habit in if you can't afford to smoke good quality fags.

omg for a minute i thought you were talking about something elas it was only after i read the other anwers that i remember that some coulters call cigarettes fags...thanks for the laugh and no i dont know where you can buy some cheap ones on the internet i am not even sure that would be legal

Be careful buying fags from websites. My ex-boss got ripped off big time. Bought bulk from an offshore online company and they ran off with his cash. Better to get a cheap flight and bring them back with you. You could be there and back in a day.

American Indian tribes do it with reduced taxes not sure if that works internationally. cigarettes
usually have to do several cartons at once.
