Your discription of Jesus is way off base.
The reason we will know Him is because we have already met and been intimate with Him.
So knowing Him at His appearance will be no biggie.
How can you not know someone you are ONE with?

Second Coming of Christ:
The second coming of Christ is the blessed hope of the church, the grand climax of the gospel. The Saviour's coming will be literal, personal, visible, and worldwide. When He returns, the righteous dead will be resurrected, and together with the righteous living will be glorified and taken to heaven, but the unrighteous will die. The almost complete fulfillment of most lines of prophecy, together with the present condition of the world, indicates that Christ's coming is imminent. The time of that event has not been revealed, and we are therefore exhorted to be ready at all times. (Titus 2:13; Heb. 9:28; John 14:1-3; Acts 1:9-11; Matt. 24:14; Rev. 1:7; Matt. 24:43, 44; 1 Thess. 4:13-18; 1 Cor. 15:51-54; 2 Thess. 1:7-10; 2:8; Rev. 14:14-20; 19:11-21; Matt. 24; Mark 13; Luke 21; 2 Tim. 3:1-5; 1 Thess. 5:1-6.)

When Jesus comes back there will be NO mistaking it is Him. EVERY ONE will know who He is, even you.
Revelation 1:7 Behold He is coming with the clouds and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him, and all the tribes of the earth will mourn over Him. So it is to be. Amen.
As for your blasphemous description, you might want to read what the bible says in Isaiah 53 about our Precious Jesus and how He looked after He was afflicted for the sin of the world.
Galatians 6:7 "Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap."
MANY people will be deceived by the anti-Christ. I would suggest reading and studying the bible for yourself to be fully aware of what the anti-Christ will be up to so that when he is here you won't be deceived by him.

I know that your question is rhetorical. It is a good question too!
I doubt that all Christians would recognize Jesus if he came back, even without any of those characteristics you note. I loved the TV series "Joan of Arcadia," wherein "God" would manifest in so many different human forms: little girl, cranky woman, well-pierced Punker dude, janitor, and so on.
Perhaps you are correct in that if Jesus reappeared he might be regarded as the "Anti-Christ." How do people know and judge?

Jesus could be among us as we speak. We are to treat everyone with love and justice. Judge not that you not be judged.
If Jesus came to me he would know my heart [ as he does everyday] and my heart would know him.
People ask the craziest questions about God, Jesus. I do not know what he would look like. I have only the image that we all have seen in books and pictures. It wouldn't matter what his appearance was, we would see the LOVE that he is all about, and that would be the thing that we would trust in. My true discription would be a slender man with dark skin, and loving eyes. I am white, and it doesn't matter to me if he were purple!
Have a great Thanksgiving, and God bless you. Niki

No, you can't know. Anyone can be born looking like those crude images of him and be persuasive.
