Run cold water over it until you can remove the giblets and neck. Thoroughly rinse the bird. Season with your favorite poultry seasoning mixed to a paste with oil or butter.inside and out. Place breast side down in a roasting pan and cover with the lid (no lid make a foil tent to cover) begin roastin at 425 for 1 hour reduce to 325 and continue for 3 more hours-use a meat thermometer to check the thigh portion to see if the temp is correct if not continue until thermometer reads 180 Fahrenheit or if no thermometer juices run clear. Make stuffing separately.

Nothing horrible is going to happen if you cook it frozen!! Put it in the oven like ususal. If you want to get the goodies out like the gizzared and neck do it when it is unfrozen from the oven. You will be surprised how quickly it will thaw out. When it gets to a thawed state put on the oil butter or whatever on the outside. Cover like ususal. Tinfoil or the lid to the pan. I would say give it an extra hour to the cooking time and you will be fine. Don't do things like put it on 500 degrees to speed it up. There are no Turkey Police. So don't think you are doing it wrong!! Meat can be cooked from a frozen state!! Sue

I don't see how you can do it..
Try putting it in a tightly covered pan with 1 cup of water in the oven
at 375 degrees for about 15 - 20 minutes per pound of weight.
Take the cover off about 20 minutes before the end of cooking
and take a look at it....Turn the oven up to 400 and brown the turkey
for the last 20 minutes.....

Your turkey is Frozen which means its probably hard as a rock like an ice cube..you must thaw it first before you throw it in the oven..thawing is defrosting..making the turkey not an ice cube...leave turkey in fridge for thawing its safer that way

Don't even try to cook it frozen. Soak it in cool water till thawed, (change the water every 30 min) then put it in the oven. You may be eating late, but at least you'll be eating safe.

before anything; put the Turkey in hot water; keep changing it. then Go to the store; get one of those Brown bags; put the turkey in the bay it will take like 3 hours; and it's good.

Frozen. You should have had that bird thawed already in the fridge. Sounds like you should go get a ham and bake it.

Ok why did you wait until now to defrost?
It's a few hours until dinner - Maybe put the turkey under
running water for a while to defrost it.
