Yes all Bible verses are relevant... They were all wrote for a reason, and they should all be followed. But there are Bible verses in the Old Testament that can't be taken literally like that we should kill our children if they dis obey, and an eye for an eye and etc. We can't actually kill or children and i don't know to many people that would literally kill there children.. The Bible says that we are to abide by the laws of the land, not only the laws that God has set for us but by the laws of society also... People get mad because they think that i am saying to not go by the Old Testament but i am not at all saying that, and we should go by the Old Testament, but God gave us common sense and it's up to us to decide what we can and can not do in today's society... In the New Testament there are the laws of Grace, and that is what we should abide by... But yes all verses in the Bible are relevent...

God is not silent today. The Bible speaks for him but too many people presume to know what it says because of what others tell them about it instead of reading it for themselves. Our fear of God should be a fear of displeasing him and should be quite alive today for those who have taken the time and effort to read the Bible and learn what pleases him.

when you take in the rest of the chapter it paints a picture that is revelant today as it was back then the natiopn of israel was like a pendelum on a grandfather clock they would do good then they would do bad and cry out for help and he would helpthem and they would do good for a while then do bad back and forth so it is today with peoples today when things are going good they ignore him and when they are bad they either blame him for their problems or cry out for help it is so bad today they even try to delete his name from their Bibles and attack his faithfull servants but their day is rapidly comming as it did for Israel see Ps 83:18 OKJV Gorbalizer

Yes. People justify their disbelief in God by saying that if he were real, he would swoop down from heaven and change the evil in the world. It's kind of like how a kid will bad-mouth their parents while mommy and daddy aren't around, but say 'yes sir' and 'no sir' in their presence.

The whole bible is still very relevant, God is the same today, tomorrow and forever, He never changes and neither will His word.

good question, Jesus has intrusted the Gospels to Christians and we are not living it as we should and therefore the message of Christ is slowly being reduced to Bible quotes and very little concrete action, so many people are arrogant and disrespectful to God because they think that He has gone away and not coming back.

there is another scripture that says, when punishment for a crime doesn't come swiftly it gets set in the heart of a man to do bad. In other words he gets to believing it won't come.
