I dont like broccoli but other veggies come in a can why cant this one?

Broccoli would lose the crunchiness and texture most people like about it if it were to be immersed in water in a can for weeks.

The other reason is the nature of broccoli means it would pack poorly into a can- with great difficulties for processing.

They probably could can broccoli stalks, but the best part is the top and it is too tender to stand up to the high heat that occurs in the canning process. You don't see canned lettuce and other vegetables are not the best canned... example aspargus. If broccoli was canned then it would only be good for soup.

I BET IT'S BECAUSE IT'S NOT A VERY POROUS VEGGIE AND IF THEY BOIL IT BE FOR CANNING, IT WOULD PROBABLY BE MUSH.
