The food you eat should be regarded as your fuel, and your body is the engine that uses the fuel.
Put bad fuel in an engine and it will not perform very well, will break down a great deal and not last as long. Use good quality fuel, along with regular servicing and care, and the engine will give excellent service for a long time.
Food and the body is the same.

In many ways. Many foods can cause you to have cancer or diseases. For example, food poisoning can really affect your health in a bad way. You can at the end even die from it. Bacterias like E.Coli for example really do the job of killing you sometimes. Other things can also affect your health in a bad way. Some foods can make you gain a lot of weight etc. Yes food does affect your health, in a positive and negative way.

Your body is made from elements.
These need to be replaced on a regular basis.
They are obtained from food.
A lack of any of them over a long period of time and your body no longer has the ability to repair itself.
This then causes these so called incurable diseases.

denser foods produce more heat and a faster metabolism,lighter lfoods do the opposite.
whole grain and vegetables provide calmer longer lasting energy
meat and sugar deplete the body of minerals create an acidic condition and allow your body to accept disease way more readily , a common copout is to say i'm getting old....and then people these day age faster and etc.
