I'm a bit like that aswell sometimes. Just take a deep breath and walk away. Staying there will make you more angry. If you can't walk away, just tell them you're doing something wrong politely.

What is the source of your anger? If what someone else is doing is unacceptable to you then why do you think it is OK for you to have an outburst of anger. This is not acceptable behaviour to the people around you. Should they in turn become angry with you and you have a big anger fest?
Anger can be a great motivator, and is part of many processes associated with dying, grieving, and such. You need to experience it to move on. In your description you seem to want to have things around you in a certain way and people aren't going to let you control them.
Explore the reason behind the anger and you can work on managing it in a healthy way.

Exercise, especially anaerobic (resistance or weight training) works best for me to control my anger when something really stokes it.

You can't take your anger out on anyone or anything that you feel like.

Instead, buy a punching bag and gloves and whenever you work out with it, think back to the times that angered you most during the day and let them be your motivation to fuel your workout; it almost always works for me.

The key is to take those moments that are negative and out of your control and transform them later on into moments that are positive and in your control.

It's tough to accept that there are things you can't control. I'm sorry you are having a hard time with it.
I damaged my brain in an accident and have had issues with anger management and depression, etc. because there are problems with the neurotransmission in my brain. I'm taking medication that helps. Talk to your doc about a medication like Zoloft for anxiety. It may help. As for things that you can control, try exercise. Your natural neurochemical reaction to the workout will cause you to handle mental stress in your life much better.
Good luck buddy.

Say "I accept everything" honestly just for 1 minute in your life. You'll notice you can experience everything, much more than you typically can.

Go with life... it's hard not to.

ACCEPT THE NEGATIVE. Then it loses power... this good vs. bad is a disease of the mind.

you need to ignore, and walk way. your problem is not something you need to go to anger management for in my opinion because it happens to me all the time. find people like you and stick with them. they will understand you..be happy : )

Buy a punching bag or doll and hit/bite them. If it doesn't help, find something you can cut/stab by a knife, machette and do that. It helped me once.
