I've been using Sainsbury's for the past two years and the standard is going so badly down hill that I need to swap ASAP. Food arriving 15 hours late, loads of excuses, etc etc. Total rubbish! Which supermarket should I switch to?

they have 24 hour delivery and they are very fast!
they also have everything u wil eva need
i been using it a long time now

At all costs AVOID Tesco on-line delivery.
A friend of mine ordered a raw chicken. When it was delivered it was sat on top of her cooked meat - ham etc - and the chicken juice was dripping all over the cooked meat.
On another day it was a really hot weather, my friend was out when Tescos delivered, so the Tescos just left the whole lot outside in the open. by the time my friend got home the milk and all the meat had gone off and the frozen stuff had melted. Tescos REFUSED to give her a refund as she was out when they turn up late.

Do you have Safeways over there? We swear by our local one. Food always comes in within the 2 hour delivery window, and they've only been out of stock of something in the last year. We order from them once or twice a week with no problems.

Depends where you live.....don't ever use Tesco's if you live anywhere outside of a city....damn cowboys can't find their way in the dark country side!!!
Asda's good but really the only answer for perfect (exactly what you want) shopping is to do it in person!!

Asda are good. If you order by 5pm, you can choose a two hour delivery slot for the next day,

Tesco - always on time, really great customer service, best prices. My mum tried Asda, they were 2 hours late!!!!
