Marty was right. The Royal Air Force Association. Also try the Royal Air Force, SSAFA (Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen's welfare organisation) and The British Legion.

Tyry to give them as much info as you can (service number, date joined etc. I was in the RAF (1968 -1990) - I might have known him - what was his name?

Good Luck.

If he's lifeless, you could acquire somewhat a lot of his records from the service records midsection in St. Louis, MO. in case you prefer records of the gadgets he became in (and that counsel would be in the service records), you ought to touch the two that branch of the service's history area or touch nationwide records in college Park, MD. they are in a position to deliver you muster sheets, command histories, deliver's diaries, deliver's log pages, etc. First, inspite of the undeniable fact that, those products can no longer take place and issues gained from the nationwide records are going to cost you many.
