if you want milk say "avec lait" (avec lay)
if you want 2 sugar say "avec deux sucre" (avec duh soo cr)
Mind you.....what are you doing drinking tea in France - they only tend to do those Lipton sachets in cafes and they don't even put them in the water, they leave you to do that. The coffee is much better.
or - Drink some wine instead.
