It depends upon how much you study the bible. Some say Calvary hill. Some say many years later possibly in the south of France. Many other choices.

Possibly at Golgotha, possibly in one of many rebellions, possibly in Northern India, possibly in France. For something so important (to some people) you would imagine the evidence would be clear and undisputed. As with all belief systems - believe what suits you best.

He died on a hill called "Golgotha" (which means 'the place of the skull') near Jerusalem. It is also called "Calvary". But He didn't stay dead! He rose again three days later, conquering death so He could be the sacrifice for our sins!!! He really did die, and because of that He could be the perfect sacrifice needed to take away our sins. The only way to be forgiven for your sins is through death, and it should be us who pays for our own sins through our death and separation from God. We can't be in God's presence when we are sinful because God is perfect and can't be in the presence of sin. When Jesus died, because He had never sinned, his death was sufficient as the 'death' payment God needed for the sins we have committed. But because He rose again, it proves that He has power over sin and death and is God!!

Study some thing useful to the human race ! If you must look into frivolous fairy tails , why not an interesting one, "Lord of the Rings" perhaps.
