The only curse word the bible definitely says you shouldn't use is the word 'fools'
Matthew 5: 5:22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire
But you can say 'fool' freely without being censored by the public. You can say 'fool' and not get fired. You can't say that other f-word though, because of old taboos, possibly Victorian in origin when polite society attempted to put sex in its place, to be used for reproductive purposes only.

"If you will not hear, And if you will not take it to heart, To give glory to My name," Says the Lord of hosts, "I will send a curse upon you, And I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have cursed them already, Because you do not take it to heart." Malachi 2:2"
There are, then, definitely curses. Solemn oaths with negative intent.
Both "cursing" and "swearing" in the modern sense are simply residual usages, brought down to the level of expressing emotion or attempting to shock.
(or at the minimal case, just pure habit!)
Now, the words used. It would be very nice if meanings did not change, but they do. And if enough people use a word badly, that becomes its new meaning, or at least one of them. The dictionaries have to follow suit.
It's not just the swear words and the rude ones.
"I beseech thee in the bowels of Christ"...
"...from the heart... " would now meet the modern ear more naturally. The seat of emotions has moved.
But as far as a condemnation goes, if bad language is a sin, it can be forgiven as well as any other.

Taking the Lords name in vain, is a curse that you bring upon yourself.
As far as the other words, are they meant to hurt someone. It isn't the definition, it is the intent.
If I called you a chair, and meant it in some harmful way, then I think that would be a curse word.
As far as hell.... Again, the willful intention is what gets you to hell. The lack of a repentent heart.

People often mistake cuss words for curse words, they are not the same.
Cussing is the use of foul, vulgar or offensive words.
Cursing is calling down of misfortune or the wrath of "God" on someone ie. Damn you to hell, may you rot for eternity, things like that.

This is what will take anybody to hell if there is a hell for anybody to go to....I am a Christian at heart and it's by faith we believe there is heaven...so by same faith we believe hell...one sure thing to take anybody to hell is what ever you believe that's wrong and go ahead and do it...Paul the said in one of his books that law is the origin of sin because where there is no law there is no sin....if u have made yourself believe saying anything is evil, quit saying it because no one knows if there would be heaven and hell...even Paul doubted this when he said...if after the race i find there is no hell, i will feel better than fail to run for my life and die to face hell...lets us not allow other people's opinion to deceive us into what we are sure to regret when it eventually happens...what is stronger than one is what one doesn't know...there is no prove to determine if heaven and hell are myth so we have to still keep them in mind and try to be at the safer side.

Using God's name in vain is cursing - like Godda*n... also go to hell...
Although it is unfortunately very common
It grieves God and harms the soul and heart.
