I will travel to NY and need to know what not to take on my carry-on baggage.?

Since regulations have changed recently, I would like to know what is not allowed in the plane, other than the obvious.

Your best bet is to go to http://www.tsa.gov/ they have a very detailed list on what you can and can not bring on the aircraft, as well as instructions on how to pack your carry on luggage.

The best thing is to check with your airline few days before you leave, they usually have something on their web site. In New york it is a little different as far as the regulations go, so go to the TSA web site for the latest updates.
