i went to the hospital with contractions and period type pains on sunday and my cervix is open abit they kept me in intill yesterday and ive lost some discharge and it was brown and now im getting really bad back ache could i be in labour

i think you might...same thing happened to my aunt. but you shoul probably wait until your contraction are less than 10 mins apart (i think..dont remember) or maybe you can just go to the hospital and see what they say ..
when my aunt was in labor she went to the hospital and after a couple of hours she was sent home cuz the contractions were too far apart and it took her quite long to start getting contractions faster..at the end she had a c-section. but this my just be her..for other women labor is quick...so good luck and dont hesitate if your contractions are too strong nothings more important right now than you and your baby's health.

When you are in labor your contractions will hurt all the way from your back to your abdomin trust me youll know.
