take it too the vet. Try to feed it different dog food (make sure its puppy brand) Call the breeder and ask what food the puppy was eating. my dog didn't eat a lot until it was at my house for almost a week. So, if it is just eating a little bit, it may still be getting used to its surroundings.

need more info...like how old is the puppy? Just taken from its mom?

Try taking the food and putting it on your finger and letting it suck it off finger...it might be too young to eat vs nurse...also, could be sick...has it had a vet check it out and give shots? Regardless, it sounds like a visit to the vet or better yet...give the breeder a call. You can try using a dropper and giving it formula for puppies too...if it is very young...

I would take it to a vet because she/he is losing nutrients and fast. The less it eats the better chance of it getting sick. It is important for it to be taken to the vets because if it has been a few days they may need to put it back on formula due to the lack of nutrients. Beware because if she continuse to not eat it will become very weak and won't be able to eat. Get her to the vet soon. It is important for your dog's health1

Take it to the vet. This is not a veterinary website. The diagnosis could be anything from an upset tummy to terminal cancer. Your vet needs to examine the dog. If he hasn't eaten or drank in more than 48 hours, then the dog needs to be brought in ASAP.

is this her first warmth? i do no longer think of loss of urge for nutrition is unusual. only shop her interior faraway from male canines and in case you do no longer plan on exhibiting her and then breeding to maintain the line then get her fixed so she does not might desire to pass via all this two times a year.

my dog was like that. if he sniffs it and is just being picky- put a little bit of peanut butter or cheese or even turkey on top of his dry food. we did this for my dog, and he eventually ate it.
