My initial thought would be no. It doesn't cause stomach pain but if you had an advanced case it may induce vomiting but it would have to be bad and chronic. If you have really bad reflux this is very damaging to the cells that line the esophagus. I think you need to see a Gasteroenterologist and be evaluated including an endoscope.
