He has given me things I never thought I wanted and eventually it ended up being the things I wanted exactly. He knows what I really want even if I ask him the wrong things. I am simply amazed at this!

Sometimes He does - and the proof are my wonderful husband, two children, two grand children, wonderful son-in-law, wonderful friends. Sometimes He doesn't because He knows what I want is not good for me. All of the time He gives me what I need, though.

If God provides me exactly with all I want I will not be able to survive a moment, but from His grace and bounty He provided me with all I need and more even without asking.
