Sometimes, a friend just has to say no. They may become over dependent, or may be doing things which can cause harm. A true friend won't pressure their friends do to anything they don't want to.
A friend visits their friends in prison, but doesn't let them escape if they're guilty. That kind of thing.

I don't think there are any boundaries for friendship. You care for each other, you think of their well being, that's it. If there were to be boundaries, it wouldn't be called friendship, would it?

When you give them money to borrow. And they don't pay you back. When you would give the shirt right off your back. And they don't appreciate it. The list goes on and on.You don't want them to start taking advantage of you.
