My best friend "steven" and i were always really close, we lived in montana, and i ended up moving to south carolina a year ago, and found out he got sent over seas.well i opened an email from him the other day that floored me:
"im really happy your having a baby and are engaged, but im also saddend, because i was really hoping that i could get you back home, and maybe work something out with you, ive always loved you, but since we both always seemed to be in a relationship i never thought it would work, and now i know it wont. Just know that i will be there for you, and that i do love you"
Since that email, he really hasnt talked to me, but to send one's that say "hi" and thats it
before i got the email i wasnt sure of my feeling for my fiance, but now im really confussed, what do i do?
Im only 18, my fiance is 23 and "steven" is 20, and now im confussed.
Thing that really sucks is when i have my baby in March, he'll be fianlly getting back from Iraq...
any advice?

oh, i did write an email back saying that its a shame we couldnt work out, but at least we were friends, and had each others hearts that way

If your confusse is becouse your having second thoughts about your fiance, and its clear you feel something for "Steven". Best advice i can give you is spent some time alone to clear your thoughts, that way you'll see things more clearly and will be able to decide.
And if its "Steven" that you chose tell him how you feel, he'll answer fast.

You love your fiancee. You know you do. You need to send an email to this steven character, tell him you and him will always be friends. You and him can always be friends, but you can't leave your fiancee. It would be the wrong thing to do. Be friends with steven, but you cant abandon your fiancee.

he had his chance and didnt take it, your only loyalty should be to your baby and baby's daddy. if he was a good friend he would have kept his mouth shut and been happy for you
