Please do not trust anyone on answers to be an on-line counsellor to you. Counselling is a serious business and you need to be sure you get the right structured help- not just some faceless character with lots of unproveable claims (and that goes for me too). If you look at the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy website on bacp.co.uk they can supply you with a list of qualified counsellors in your area, some of whom will work on-line if that's what you prefer, although I have to say that face to face work will always be better.

I am training to be a clinical psychologist. Moreover, I had to be in therapy for the last 2 years so that I can qualify for a counselor.
So if you need to talk some issues out seriously, send me a sort of resume about your background and we can start from there. I'll be happy to help you out...

Be very careful. Anyone can reinvent themselves on the internet. Someone could say they are trained/training and actually be a complete nutcase. If you need counselling approach your doctor. Face to face help isn't as hard as it seems and at least you know who you are talking to. Don't share very personal details with a faceless person over the internet. Get proper, professional help from people who know what they are doing. Good luck x x

I wouldn't mind helping you, I have had plenty experience in mental health issues through my own illnesses which I feel is better to talk to someone who has experienced it first hand as they are not guessing how things feel. I am also doing a course on social care and hopefully going to progress to pyschology !

This is a very good blog, a beginner’s guide to abnormal psychology.
Short, clear and simple; and you can even post your question and contact the author regarding particular subject you are interested in, for FREE

A face-to-face meeting is best because another human being is your best outcome . If you are serious keep posting and help will be offered but be selective.
