If you want to talk about the state of the Church then you should use the correct Christian doctrine..." Has Christianity remained in the state in which it was originally revealed by God"..
To answer I will quote what God said:
Matt 24:35
Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
So since Jesus (God) can't lie we must have the original.... Jim

Yes, in the Catholic Church, Christianity has remained the same. St. Peter the Apostle was the first Pope of Rome and the Sacrifice of the Mass and the other Sacraments has remained essentially the same throughout the centuries.
Christ ordained the Apostles, and the Apostles ordained some followers into Bishops and Priests, and they ordained more Priests and Bishops and they... ...and those Bishops and Priests ordained the Bishops and Priests that are still around to this day within the Catholic Church.
The chain remains unbroken to this day. And Protestants don't belong to this "chain" because commiting the sin of heresy gets you kicked out of the Church and the heretic ends up excommunicated.
Who put the Bible together from the Scriptures that were scattered? The Catholic Church!
Who wrote the first interpretations of those Scriptures? The Catholic Church!
Those interpreters of Scripture were educated in Christianity by the writers of those Scriptures. They are the Early Church Fathers.
The Bible isn't open for interpretation. You shouldn't just read it, you need to know what it means, otherwise you'll start interpretting it by your own judgements and...
... you end up with Protestantism, heresy that offends Christ.

No....Christianity today is like a big choo-choo train that has gone off-track. Jesus the lamb\Son of God did not bring the religion, he brought a way\ a path back to the father, he brought the truth.
but Islam was never right to start of with, it was twisted from the begining and has remained it the same state.

Absolutely, because Jesus said the He is the way and the life and no one come to the Father if is not by Him. He said that God and Him are one thing, that He is God in the flesh. If you are a good Muslim and follow the teaching of Mohamed you should know this by now. Mohamed said that to know if he was telling the truth you most read the book of the Christians, but you believe that the Bible is corrupted. You have a problem because if you believe that you make Mohamed and the Koran both liars.

Love Slave and Thankful Slave:
Volume 8, Book 76, Number 478:
HADITH:
The Prophet used to pray so much that his feet used to become edematous or swollen, and when he was asked as to why he prays so much, he would say, "Shall I not be a thankful slave (to Allah)?"
DO NOT EXCEED THE LIMITS:
“O people of the Scripture, (Jews and Christians) do not exceed
the limits of your religion, and do not say anything of Allah except
the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary was a Messenger of
Allah and His word, (Be: And it was) which He bestowed on Mary
and a spirit created by Him… (Chapter Nisa 171, AlQuran)
HADITH:
the Prophet Muhammed said: " Woe to you in being excessive in praise as this was the cause of the destruction of those who were before you."
Volume 6, Book 60, Number 361:
The Prophet used to offer prayer at night (for such a long time) that his feet used to crack. I said, "O Allah's Apostle! Why do you do it since Allah has forgiven you your faults of the past and those to follow?" He said, "Shouldn't I love to be a thankful slave (of Allah)?' When he became old, he prayed while sitting, but if he wanted to perform a bowing, he wound get up, recite (some other verses) and then perform the bowing.
RELIGION OF ABRAHIM:

Allah's Apostle said, 'Do not praise me excessively as Jesus, son of Marry was praised, but call me Allah's Slave and His Apostles.'

The Christian faith is based on the writings on the New Testament. The earliest of those writings are the letters written by the apostles Paul. It is in those writings that the majority of Christian doctrine is established. The letters were written between 48 AD and Paul's death in 67 AD. (The Resurrection of Jesus was in 30 AD, about 18 years before Paul began writing).
The four gospels which record the saying of Jesus were written after most of Paul's letters had been completed. The gospels writers were familiar with Paul and his letters. One of the writers, Luke, was a traveling companion of Paul's. A second, Mark, traveled with both Paul and Peter - who referred to Paul's letters as scripture in his own writings.
Note that none of the four gospel writers say anything in their gospels against the teachings of Paul. Nor do any of the other New Testament writers. Rather they support everything he says. Compare, for example the Sermon on the Mount with the practical exhortations in the second half of most of Paul's letter. They outlines of the two are nearly identical.
Then there is the gospel of John. While the other three gospels simple record the words and deeds of Jesus, John takes the time to comment on and explain everything. And every story he includes in his gospel is intended to disprove one of the false teachings that were beginning to appear at the time he wrote (about 95 AD - well after the writing of Paul were in common usage as scripture). Yet John does not dispute a single teaching in the letters of Paul.
There still exist today around 2,300 manuscripts and fragments of the New Testament which predate the Nicean Council that is sometime accused of having altered the teachings of Jesus. Yet every single one of this manuscripts is word for word the same as the manuscripts from after the Council. So no changes were made to the New Testament.
There were some changes made to Christian practices. For example, since the exact day of Jesus birth was not recorded in scripture, there was dispute on which day it should be celebrated. The Council settled on December 25, the current day of Christmas in most churches. Deciding on what day to celebrate Christmas does not change the teachings of Jesus recorded in scripture.
Besides the New Testament, there still exist hundreds of prayer books, hymns, commentaries, teaching books, inscriptions, artwork that includes scripture, letters, etc. that detail the beliefs of the Christian church over its first three hundred years. All of them agree that the Christians believed that Jesus was God, died on the cross, and rose from the dead. In fact the major debate in the early church was not over whether Jesus was divine, but over where he was also human. There does not exist today a single document that argues against the deity of Jesus. If every New Testament manuscript were to disappear, the entire New Testament could be reconstructed from these letters, prayer books, hymns, inscriptions, engravings and artwork that predate the Nicean Council, often by hundreds of years.
While you are free to debate where the Christian faith is correct in its belief that Jesus is God, there is no historical evidence by which it can be argued that church ever taught anything else. The teaching that Jesus was divine has not changed. It was there from the beginning of the Christian faith.

I think your question should be framed and put on the first page of yahoo answers as one of the strongest questions. I really admire your expression "servant and messenger" cause Jesus is only that and not what catholics claim. They say many different things about him but he was just a messenger sent by God like all the other messengers. And for your question, I don't think it has remained the same cause different christians have different thoughs about Jesus. I am a Muslim and I know that I'm on the right path.
