I would like to be able to come home from my trip next week and not have to worry about making the pre baked pie crust for my custard pie. Because I don't have much time. So is it possible to pre bake the pie crust tomorrow and then refrigerate it or freeze it for a week???

If so, what is the best way to rap it and keep all the other food scents out??

Certainly. You can either bake it now and then freeze it, or you can make the pie crust and wrap it until you wish to bake it and keep it in the freezer.
