Make gravy also put some on stuffing before serving, freeze the rest for turkey soup.

If not making gravy, then save it cause the turkey gets sorta dry after a day of two. the broth will moisten the turkey. if there are no leftovers then toss it anywhere. it's organic and will not hurt anything.

add a little flour, whisk and voila you have gravy
you can also toss a little of the juices in with the stuffing or even plain green beans for more flavor

Yeah you should freeze it and use it for gravy. My mommie does that too. It tastes pretty good you gotta add flour to thicken it.
