Kodak Easy-share #CX7330,I get error code E45,which I can't find out on Kodak site.Maybe using compressed air?Or a drying agent?Or something that can be done if I open it up and look at the guts?

How long ago did it get wet.
If it happened with in the last few hours take out the battery, soak the rest of the camera in alcohol, it sounds counterintuitive but it will help dissolve the water. Then put it in a slightly warm oven to dry out.
If it's been a few days it's too late, the water has probably damaged it already.

Probably too late. Sometimes they can be saved, but you have to remove the battery and card immediately and not turn on the power again until the camera is completely dry. It also depends on how wet it got and whether salt or fresh water.
