If male identical twins were to marry female identical twins, would their children be genetic SIBLINGS?

No. They would be share a lot of the same genes, but there is a lot of variation in the DNA of the human body. They might not even look like they are related!

If the egg and sperm both happened to be carrying non-dominant genes, there could be a lot of differences. They would remain first cousins. Actually, I guess they would be 'double' first cousins!

Are you asking if the children of these identitical twins had DNA tests done would it come back as close enough to be siblings or just close enough to be cousins.

This is a very interesting question. Genetically speaking, I'm not sure how close they would be (cousins vs siblings) on the DNA results, but of course socially they are just Double cousins by both genetically identical parents.

I have "double cousins" in my family (2 sisters married 2 bothers) and the kids by those two marriages look a lot alike. (more alike than the other cousins in the family.)

Sorry I could not answer your question, but I hope an expert out there reads this and can answer it for you!

They would be close to genetic sibs but there would be differences...
I have something similar in my family but none of the parents are twins.

No their children would be cousins to eachother. A sibling is a brother or a sister.

Yes.
They would be legal (and social) cousins, but genetically siblings. Please note that this is not the same as saying they would be genetically identical.
