It seems ur system is infected, scan for some good anti-virus, spyware. U must delete all your cookies, temp files which r stored on ur system. Go to tools option & clear all temp and offline files, go to start menu- accessaries- system tools- diskcleanup, and say Yes to clean all unwanted files, then run defrag. U can also download CCCleaner from download.com its free and quite useful.

Hope this works,

Probabaly, you can reinstall your IE or upgarde it from the MS site. If that also does not solve problem, you can try reinstalling your OS which will basically correct some corrupt files on your system. But, that will erase few progarms which you will have to reinstall. You may also contact Yahoo help with your problem. Or you can install latest anti-spyware from different companies like MS, Yahoo, Google.

Or it maybe that your user profile is now corrupted. Try to create new user on your sytem using the MS support link given below. But that may also mean you will have to install few programs again.
