Get some slices of Turkey from the deli at your grocers (hopefully there is a grocery open in your area). Heat the slices in a jar of chicken or turkey gravey in the oven. Make up a box of boxed stuffing mix. Put a spoonful of stuffing on plate, place two slices of sliced turkey on top and spoon some gravey over this. Serve with some green beans or green peas. Also buy a can of cranberry sauce to have with your turkey and stuffing. Now you have a simple Thanksgiving meal.

Not knowing what food you have on hand is a problem, but when I need something quick I boil some spaghetti and toss it with a little olive oil and oregano. Mix in some sun dried tomatos and pine nuts, if you've got 'em and you've got yourself a nice, fancy looking dish with a minimum of work.

Eggs! Of course. No meal is as complete as eggs! You can make a fast salad on the side with pieces of cheese.
